Registration for the conference is now open
On receipt of your payment for the conference, a confirmation email together with all the information you will need to attend the conference will be sent to you. Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Early bird registration will close at midday GMT Friday 23rd March, 2012, after this date all fees will increase by £50.

WORKSHOPS
The BSCB/BSDB/JSDB Joint Conference is pleased to hold special workshops on Monday lunchtime and Tuesday evening of the conference. These can be booked during the registration process and are free of charge.
The membership rate applies to all those who are members of British Society Cell Biology (BSCB)/British Society for Developmental Biology (BSDB)/Japanese Society for Developmental Biology (JSDB).
Payment
Payment for registration can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or invoice. All registration fees must be paid in full before the conference. Any outstanding payments will need to be paid on arrival before access to the conference is allowed. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure registration fees have been paid before they attend the conference.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until midday GMT Friday 16th March, 2012, until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after midday GMT Friday 16th March, 2012.
Notification of cancellation must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat: nicola.peel@hg3.co.uk.
Registration Times
Upon arrival on campus please make your way to either the Rootes building if you arrive on Sunday as the registration desk will be set up in the Rootes Reception area. For the remainder of the conference the registration desk will be re located in the Arts Centre where the conference sessions will take place. In the Rootes Reception area you will be able to register for the conference as well as collect your keys for accommodation. Once the registration desk has been re located into the Arts Centre, please make your way to the Arts Centre where we can register to attend the conference sessions and also direct you to the Rootes building where you can leave your luggage and collect your room keys.
Registration will be available on-site during the conference at the following times:
