Conference Park delegates stay in student accommodation.
The accommodation is onsite which means that all the facilities are within easy reach. The bedrooms are all en-suite and include tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Clock radios are available on request from the reception and irons/ironing boards are available to use in the shared kitchens. Bedrooms are available for disabled guests and include remote control lighting, bath lift and emergency assistance alarm. All accommodation guests have full access to the 700 acre campus, including walks through the extensive and well maintained grounds, sports facilities, swimming pool, gym, squash, football pitches and badminton and tennis courts. Additional activities such as climbing sessions, use of the sauna and hire of equipment and towels are all available for a small charge. A returnable £1 coin is needed for use of the lockers.
Delegates can check in to their accommodation at the Conference Park reception. Check in is from 15:00 onwards. If you require a late check in the reception will be manned until 21:45, after this time please contact Conference Reception to arrange late key collection on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0247 652 8910. The location of key collection after 21:45 is from the Gatehouse.
Bedrooms are to be vacated by 09:30 on your day of departure. Luggage and belongings should be removed by that time. If required luggage can be stored in the Left Luggage facility in Conference Reception until departure. On the day of departure, keys can be left at the Conference Reception (in the Students Union Building), Rootes Restaurant (in the Rootes Building) or one of the boxes situated in the entrance hall of each accommodation block.
